This is a sound effect i composed out of some different sounds i made, i also used a public domain sniper rifle sound. But, i recorded the screams and everything.

Made in ableton live, layered and processed together and assembled into a loop resembling automatic fire. Couple single shots with minor pitch differences in there for bonus.

I took a gunshot, put a little bit of flanger on it and then rolled off the highs of an explosion and layered that underneath. I also added a few other effects to give it that fluttery sound in the end.

I've created this sound for my project by layering a lot of sounds together, since i couldn't find the right sound here. Feel free to use it :). Comments and ratings welcome :).

Someone a ways over from us was firing a rifle. It really echos off the hills and forest. Recorded with my yamaha pocketrak and edited on sony vegas. My headphone jack quit on my computer so i'm hoping it's up to snuff. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

A bit of sounddesign.

A sound of a sci-fi sniper rifle and reload. Made in ableton 10 with the help of xfer serum and a bunch of processed and resampled oneshots (which were also made either in serum, or granulator, or some other processing tools).

Semi-auto rifle simulation, created using zoom h1. Artificial gun shots to simulate a semi-auto weapon in battle. Mic capsules were tapped with a popsicle stick to create this sound. Recorded at 24 bit 96khz, exported to 16 bit wav. Added pop compression filter for a theater like experience in post. Feel free to use this were ever you need it. A little credit wouldn't hurt. I went for a more realistic gun sound without the hollywood subbass and a lot cleaner than my previous work. Made in ableton live, i just layered an ak47, an m16, an enfield rifle and an acoustic kick drum together with eq and used parallel compression to gel them together. Transient designers were used on the layers to make them snap harder. A bolt slide forward sample and a bolt slide back sample were added to give some mechanical feels to the gunshot. Enjoy.

In the forest real shooting with a rifle caliber 6. 5-55 the microphones are placed about 15 meter away because of the sound level they can handle. Equipment usedrecorder zoom f4microphones line audio two cm3 and one om1(for ambience)audacity + wavelab.

Recorded while hiking ten mile creek in hume, ca,on september 4th 2014 you can barely hear the man yell "pull" before the gunshots from far away. This sound was recorded on a hand held digital recorder and has not been edited at all.

A collection of 8 plasma rifle-style single shots, inspired by the plasma rifles you hear in the terminator movies. Each shot is slightly different so there is some variety. I created them by layering single gun shots with other sounds and then running them through a granular synthesizer with some effects.
